Copilot needs re-instructing every time — use this brand, this structure, not that tone — and gives a different answer each time. Here that scaffolding lives on the server and applies itself. You supply the content; the output comes back as a link you can share.

Nothing below is live yet. The foundation is being built now: sign-in, the model gateway, and document access. Each tool follows once its own template and source data are in place.
